摘要
介绍了元数据馆员岗位、学术交流与机构库岗位、学科馆员岗位、图书馆服务营销岗位、版权岗位、图书馆2.0岗位等大学图书馆的新兴岗位,以及国内外对这些岗位设置情况。指出我国大学图书馆在这方面与发达国家存在的差距,并就我国大学图书馆新兴岗位设置应遵循的原则进行思考。
The paper describes new posts in university library,including post of metadata librarian, post of academic exchange and institutional repository, post of subject librarian, post of library service marketing, post of copyright, post of Library 2.0 librarian, and setting-up of those posts at home and abroad. It points out the gap in this field between China and developed countries, and gives the principles must follow to set up new posts above-mentioned in university library in China.
