摘要
为了验证推导建立的高压气吹除主压载水舱数理模型的准确性和合理性,设计了潜艇高压气吹除主压载水舱小比例模型,进行了不同模式下高压气吹除压载水舱小比例模型原理实验,得到了高压气吹除压载水舱排水性能以及吹除过程中主要性能参数变化情况,并分析了影响高压气吹除效率的各种因素.对比验证实验结果与建立的高压气吹除数理模型仿真结果表明,通过热力学方法建立数理模型中部分假设和简化是合理的,该模型能对压载水舱吹除过程进行正确表述.
The research study seeks to test and verify the accuracy and rationality of the mathematical model of the high-pressure air blowing off the main ballast tanks, utilizing small scale model design of a submarine. Through the small scale model experiment of high-pressure air blowing off ballast tanks, the researcher was able to use a principle experimental setting of different modes to obtain drainage performance and the key performance parameters in the blowing process of high-pressure air blowing off main ballast tanks. The data was then analyzed and the impact of the high-pressure air blowing efficiency factors was examined. Through validating the experiments and simulations, results of the high-pressure air blowing mathematical model reveal, some simplifications and assumptions of mathematical model by thermodynamic method are reasonable. The study findings are able to correctly describe the process of high-pressure air blowing off ballast tanks.
