摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)水平与短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic at-tack,TIA)的相关性。方法选取TIA患者42例及健康体检者59例,对以上两组分别进行血清CysC水平检测(颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法),并对42例TIA患者进行头CT血管成像(CTA)检查,检测每位患者的颅内血管狭窄情况。结果 TIA组患者的血清CysC水平明显高于健康体检组,且TIA患者中颅内动脉狭窄阳性者血清CysC水平高于颅内动脉狭窄阴性者,二者有统计学差异。结论血清CysC水平与TIA的发生有密切关系,并且其水平的高低可一定程度上反映患者颅内动脉粥样硬化的程度。 Objective To explore the correlation between the level of serum cystatin C (Cys C) and transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods Forty-two patients with TIA and 59 healthy persons were selected, and the level of serum CysC of the two groups were detected by using particle reinforced transmission immunoturbidimetric assay. The patients with TIA was exam- ined by head CT angiography( CTA), and intraeranial artery stenosis was detected for each pa- tient. Results The patients with TIA had higher level of serum CysC than the healthy per- sons, and the TIA patients with positive intracranial arterial stenosis had higher serum CysC levels than the negative ones, and with a statistical difference. Conclusion The level of ser- um CysC is closely related to TIA, and to some extent, it can reflect the degree of intracranial atherosclerosis in patients.
