摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)在冠心病心绞痛发病机制中的作用。方法选择冠状动脉造影确诊的心绞痛患者70例,包括稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组36例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组34例,另选择30例冠状动脉造影正常者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆IL-6、MCP-1水平。结果 UAP组血浆IL-6、MCP-1水平为(18.12±2.62)pg/L、(25.63±4.76)pg/L,显著高于SAP组的(14.98±2.54)pg/L、(21.78±4.53)pg/L(P<0.01),UAP组、SAP组均高于对照组(11.68±2.51)pg/L、(15.71±4.34)pg/L(P<0.01)。结论血浆IL-6与MCP-1在冠心病患者中显著升高,在反映冠状动脉斑块稳定性及冠状动脉病变的严重程度方面有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the role of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and monocyte chemotactic factor-1 ( MCP-1 ) in the mechanism of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 70 patients who diagnosed as angina pectoris by coronary angiography were selected, among them, there were 36 cases with stable angina pectoris( SAP group), 34 cases with unstable angina pectoris (UAP group). At the same time, 30 cases with normal coronary angiography were selected as control group. The level of IL-6 and MCP-I were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay ( ELISA), respectively. Results The mean plasma levels of IL-6 and MCP-1 [ (18.12 + 2.62) pg/L, (25.63 ~ 4.76) pg/L] in UAP group were significantly higher than those [ (14.98-+ 2.54) pg/L, (21.78 ~4.53) pg/L ] of SAP group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and both were higher than those of control group[ (11.68~2.51) pg/L, (15.71 ~4.34) pg/L, P 〈0.01].Conclusion Inflammatory mediators might play an important role in the pathogenesis of CHD, IL-6 and MCP-1 were more significant to reflect the stability of ather- osclerotic plaque and the severity of coronary artery disease.
