摘要
梳理新晋本科院校存在的办学理念不牢、组织机构不健全、师资队伍薄弱、课程建设滞后、科研基础不实、基础设施不足等问题。提出新晋本科院校应从办学理念、组织机构、课程教材、师资队伍、办学特色、社会服务等方面着手,全面提升自身的办学实力和水平。
On the basis of sorting ort the problems like unsteady school ideas,imperfect establishment of organizations,weak teaching faculty,backward curriculum construction,shaky foundation of academic research and inadequate basic equipment,this paper holds that a newly-upgraded college should elevate its proficiency in the aspects of school idea,organizational reform,curriculum and teaching resources,teaching faculty,school feature and social service.
