摘要
热激转录因子(heat shock factor, HSF)是热激反应的主要调控因子, 对热激反应起着非常重要的调节作用。番茄HsfA1、HsfA2和HsfB1是植物中最典型也是最具代表性的HSFs, 本文概述了这三种番茄HSFs的基本结构、功能、亚细胞定位、自身网络调控机制以及对各种胁迫响应的研究进展, 最后对植物HSFs有待研究的问题作了展望。
Heat shock transcription factors (HSFs) are the main regulatory factors of heat shock response, and they play a very important role for regulating heat shock response. HsfA1, HsfA2 and HsfB 1 in tomato are the most typical and the most representative HSFs of plants. This article summarizes the basic structures, functions, sub-cellular localization of these three HSFs, and their own regulation mechanism as well as the research on various stress responses. Final part is the outlook of the remaining problems of HSFs in plants.
