摘要
介绍了液压位置伺服系统在铝和铝合金轧制工业生产设备中的应用,以及组成液压位置伺服系统的机构及液压伺服系统的工作原理,解释了硬件配置中各个模块的连接方式和作用,设计了软件工程的组态任务和顺序。为铝及铝合金AGC电液位置伺服系统的设计和生产提供了理论指导。
The application of servo system for hydraulic position in aluminum and aluminum alloy rolling equipment, and the constitution and working principle of hydraulic position servo system were introduced, the connection mode and the function of various module in hardware configuration were explained, and the engineering configuration tasks of software were designed. It provides a theoretical guidance for the design and production of electro-hydraulic position servo system used in aluminium and atuminium alloy rolling equipments.
