摘要
目的用扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)观察谷跗线螨(Tarsonemus granarius)的体表形态特征。方法从空调滤网灰尘中采集谷跗线螨,在连续变倍体视镜下清洗处理活螨后,用SEM观察其外部形态特征。结果用SEM观察谷跗线螨的体表形态结构,明确了谷跗线螨颚体、背板、基节板、表皮内突、刚毛等外部形态结构特点。结论用SEM清晰地观察到谷跗线螨的体表形态,对螨类鉴别及其变应原等的研究有重要的意义。
T. granarius were collected from the dust of the air-conditioning filters to observe the surface morphology of T. granarius by using the SEM. The living mites were cleaned and isolated using the continuous zoom stereoscope, and then the surface morphology of T. granarius such as gnathosoma, dorsal shield, eoxal plate, apodemes and setae was observed by the SEM. The surface morphology of T. granarius are obtained clearly and these results are important for identification of the mites and the research of their allergens.
