摘要
虚拟手术训练仿真系统在医学教育训练中有着重要意义.膝关节损伤是运动伤的常见病,前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建手术是膝关节镜手术难度较大的术式之一.重点介绍软件实现虚拟ACL重建手术中的关键触觉技术,提出了钻孔模型表面模拟和钻孔骨道内壁模拟两个算法,实验效果表明了算法的有效性.
The virtual surgery training simulation system is very important in medical education training, and trauma of knee joint is frequently happened in ath- letics damage. ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) reconstruction is difficult in knee joint surgery. In this paper, the software key haptie techniques in ACL reconstruction are mainly discussed, and two algorithms about model surface drilling and inner surface simulation of drilling bones are proposed. The experimental results show that these two algorithms are efficient.
