摘要
结合近年来发生的两起重特大事故,对工程建设领域的安全问题进行了研究,从法律制度和相关主体两方面入手,分析了安全事故发生的原因,并探讨了相应对策,提出应进一步完善建设安全领域的法律法规,不断提高政府监管组织,同时应将安全责任落实到各参建方。
Integrating two heaving accidents occurring in recent years, the paper studies the security issue in engineering building field, analyzes security accident occurring causes from two aspects of law system and relevant objects, explores corresponding , and points out some suggestions, such as further formulating laws and regulations of building security field, gradually improving government supervision manage- ment, and implementing security responsibilities.
