摘要
为探索物理参数对造纸法再造烟叶纸基性能的影响,利用扫描电镜和万能材料试验机研究了纸基物理参数和其形貌结构及力学性能的相关性。基于热重分析仪、微燃烧量热仪和锥形量热计,考察了物理参数改变对纸基热降解和燃烧特性的影响规律。结果表明:①透气度升高可能是导致抗张强度和断裂伸长率降低的主要原因。纸基微观结构主要是由宽长纤维和卷曲的细短纤维组成,且随着木浆含量的增加,卷曲的细短纤维所占的比例有较大升高;②纸基热降解过程主要由5个阶段组成。纸基的透气度是影响其热稳定性的主要物理参数。③在定量相同的情况下,透气度的降低能够轻微减弱纸基的易燃性和燃烧性。④透气度的升高会使得纸基在被点燃后具有更快速的烟气释放速率。⑤较高的透气度会使纸基在燃烧过程中具有较大的CO释放速率。
Scanning electron microscopy and electronic universal testing machine were applied to investigate relationships between physical parameters, morphologic structures and mechanical properties of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco base material. Thermogravimetric, micro-scale combustion calorimetry and cone calorimetry were used to test effects of physical parameters on its thermal degradation and combustion properties. Results indicated that ① increase of permeability might be the main factor of tensile strength declining and elongation at break of paper-base. The microstructure of paper-base was mainly composed of thick and long fibers and curly thin and short fibers. Increase wood pulp content could result in big increase of relative proportion of curly thin and short fibers; ② thermal degradation process of paper-base mainly includ five stages. Permeability was dominant factor that influenced thermal stability of paper-base; ③ compared with permeability, grammage exerted more significant influence on combustion characteristics of paper-base. When grammage was fixed, decrease of permeability could reduce slightly flammability and combustibility of paper-base; ④ increase of permeability could make paper-base possess higher smoke release rate after ignition;⑤ relatively high permeability could also make paperbase release CO more quickly during combustion process.
