摘要
以新冶钢410mm×530mm断面大方坯铸机生产的40Cr为研究对象,采用射钉试验及酸浸低倍试验研究了40Cr的凝固过程,并根据试验结果对在线动态二冷配水和轻压下模型进行了标定。试验结果证明:结合射钉试验与离线大方坯凝固传热数学模型可有效地校正在线动态二冷配水和轻压下模型,并优化二冷配水和凝固末端轻压下工艺,显著地提高铸坯内部质量。
Solidification characteristics of 40Cr 410 mm × 530 mm alloy steel bloom caster produced in the New Ye- gang Co Ltd was studied by means of pin shooting and acid leaching test. Online dynamic secondary cooling water and soft reduction system were calibrated by test result. The test result showed pin shooting test combined with off- line transfer mathematical model on the bloom solidification could revise online dynamic secondary cooling water and soft reduction system effectively and optimze secondary cooling water and soft reduction technology. Finally inner slab quality was improved significantly.
