摘要
目的:研究甘肃不同地区、不同季节对银杏叶中总黄酮苷含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱仪,721分光光度计测定银杏叶中总黄酮苷含量。结果:不同因素下银杏叶中总黄酮苷具有明显的差异。结论:银杏叶中总黄酮苷的含量与不同地区、不同季节等因素有关。
Objective：Gansu research from different areas and different season of ginkgo biloba flavonoid glycosides in the influence of the content. Methods：Using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, 721 spectrophotometer to measure the content of flavonoid glycosides in ginkgo biloba leaves. Results： Under the different factors in ginkgo biloba flavonoid glycosides has obvious difference. Conclusion： Ginkgo biloba leaf flavonoid glycosides in the content and different areas and different season and factors.
