摘要
目的观察乙哌立松联合川芎茶调颗粒治疗紧张性头痛的临床疗效。方法选择2011年1月—2011年12月门诊就诊的紧张性头痛240例,根据Rihaid Doll随机分配卡法分为治疗组与对照组各120例。治疗组给予乙哌立松联合川芎茶调颗粒治疗,对照组仅给予乙哌立松治疗,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果两组治疗后头痛情况和压痛总评分较治疗前降低,且治疗组治疗后低于对照组,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均发生轻微不良反应,其发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乙哌立松联合川芎茶调颗粒治疗紧张性头痛的疗效优于单纯乙哌立松治疗,且无严重的不良反应,临床用药安全。
Objective To observe clinical effect of Eperisone combined with Chuanxiongchatiao granules in treatment of tension headache. Methods A total of 240 cases of tension headache from January 2011 to December 2011 in clinic were divided into treatment group （n = 20） and control group （n = 20） by Rihaid Doll random allocation method. Treatment group was given Eperisone combined with Chuanxiongehatiao granules treatment, while the control group was only given Eperisone therapy, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared after 1 course of treatment. Results After treatment headache and tenderness scores of two groups were lower than those of before therapy, and in treatment group were lower than those of in control group, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly high- er than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions of two groups were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of Eperisone combined with Chuanxiongchatiao granules in treatment of tension headache is superior to that of simple Eperisone treatment, and it is safe and has no adverse reaction.
