摘要
随着榆林气田开发时间的延长,气井地层压力及产能逐步下降,目前投产的172口气井中,低产低效气井共59口。由于产量无法满足临界携液流量,气井存在不同程度的积液,不能连续平稳生产。为提高气井排水采气效率,在对旋流雾化井下排水采气技术进行理论研究的基础上,提出了应用旋流雾化井下排水采气技术以增强产液气井的携液能力、预防井底积液、提高气井采收率,并通过开展6口气井现场试验,取得了良好的效果。
As the time extension of the Yulin gas field development, gas well formation pres- sure and production gradually decreased, the current production of 172 gas wells, low rate wells accunt for 59. Due to the output of the gas well can not meet unloading gas flow rate, it can not production stabile and continued because of exist liquid loading in different de- gree. For promote the efficiency of drainage gas recovery, based on the theoretical studies of the technology in cyclone-atomizing, this paper bring forward a method that use the tech- nology of cyclone- atomizing to improve gas well fluid production, prevent bottom hole liquid loading, improve well recovery and increase recovery factor of gas well; through launched 2 gas well field test, this techology achieved good results.
