摘要
试验以粳稻新型细胞质印水型不育系辽粳6A、辽粳10A、65A、139A等为基础材料,以包台型不育系辽粳6A、辽粳10A、65A、139A为对照;选用C382、晚轮422、野粳恢、C2106等恢复系为测验测配亲本,研究新型细胞质不育系的花粉败育类型、开花习性、异交结实等特性,并探讨在不同细胞质作用下,杂交组合在株高、穗数、穗长、实粒数、总粒数、结实率、千粒重、单穴谷重等方面的遗传效应,探讨不同细胞质在粳稻杂种优势利用中的遗传规律,为北方粳稻有效利用新型细胞质资源及配制新型杂交粳稻组合奠定基础。
In this research, the cytoplasmic male sterile lines Liaojing 6 A, Liaojing 10 A,65 A, 139A belong to Yinshui type,new type in japonica rice, and BT type and the restorer lines C382, Wanlun 422, Yejinghui, C2106 were used as materials to study the sterility type, anthesis habit and outcrossing rate of the new type cytoplasmic male sterile line. We analysised the genetic effect of the hybrid combination characters such as plant height, panicles per plant, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, number of spikelets per panicle, seed-setting rate,1 000-grain weight and grain weight per plant under different type of cytoplasmic. We discussed the heredity characteristics of the different type of cytoplasmic male sterile line on the utilization of the heterosis of japonica rice and it is promising to improve the use of new type cytoplasmic male sterile lines on northern japonica rice breeding and breed new type japonica hybrid rice.
