飞机钛合金结构损伤单面点焊修理试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据单面点焊的基本原理,试验确定了飞机结构上常用的TC4钛合金点焊的焊接规律,并分别试验研究了TC4钛合金板材裂纹和圆孔损伤的单面点焊修理效果。研究表明,经单面点焊修理的TC4钛合金损伤板材其强度恢复率能达到无损伤件的85%以上,满足飞机结构原位修复的强度需要。 According to the basic principle of spot welding,the spot welding laws of TC4 alloy are confirmed by experimentation firstly. And then,the repairing effects of spot welding for damaged TC4 alloy plates with crack or hole are studied respectively by many experimentations. The study results show that the joint's strength of the reparative TC4 alloy plates by spot welding can reach 85% of the matrix's strength. As a result, the spot welding can meet the demand of damage's repairing of aircraft Ti-alloy structrue.
