摘要
目的探讨健康教育在精神分裂症合并肺结核患者的影响。方法将2009年10月~2011年10月广州市精神病医院收治的精神分裂症合并肺结核患者60例随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理、抗精神科药物及抗结核药物治疗;治疗组在此基础上再进行健康教育。两组均进行12周的观察治疗护理。在第1周和第12周分别用服药依从性量表、日常生活能力量表、知识知晓率量表进行评定。结果第12周治疗组患者的服药依从性量表、日常生活能力量表、知识知晓率量表的评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育对精神分裂症合并肺结核患者在服药依从性和日常生活及对健康教育知识知晓率方面均有明显的改善,可提高了患者的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the influence of health education on the patients with schizophrenia with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From 2009 October to 2011 April were schizophrenia patients with pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into two groups of 60 people, The control group received routine nursing care, anti psychotropic drugs and antituberculosis therapy, The treatment group based on the further health education. The two groups were observed in the treatment care for 12 weeks. In first weeks and twelfth weeks respectively for medication adherence scale, activity of daily living scale, knowledge scale. Results The treatment group patients in the medication compliance scale, activity of daily living scale,knowledge rate of rating scale compared with the control group had significant difference in the twelfth week, and there was significant difference. Conclusion Health education on the patients with schizophrenia with pulmonary tuberculosis in compliance and daily life and the health knowledge rate are obviously improved,thereby improving patient outcomes.
