摘要
农校对接可以减少农产品采购的中间环节,降低高校食堂采购成本,建立起可追溯源头的食品安全保障。这对做好学生食堂工作,促进高校稳定,具有重要的意义。而鲜活农产品的自身特征决定了其对冷链运输的特殊要求,因此冷链物流体系的建设对农校对接工作的顺利开展显得十分必要。文章在前几年学校农校对接中的成功经验之上,构建了政府主导下的鲜活农产品冷链物流体系。
Farming-school docking can reduce the intermediate link of agricultural products procurement and the purchase cost of university cafeteria, set up food security which could be traced back to the source. This project has important significance for doing well in the work of student canteen and promoting the stability of colleges and Universities. However, the characteristics of fresh agricultural products determine the special requirements for the cold chain transportation. So the construction of cold chain logistics system for farming- school docking smoothly is very necessary. Based on successful experience in farming-sehoal docking a few years ago, this paper constructs the cold chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products under the guidance of the government.
