摘要
以天然腐植酸为原料,丙烯酸和二乙醇胺为接枝共聚单体合成了具有吸附性能的新型腐植酸—丙烯酸二乙醇胺树脂PHAE,探讨了吸附温度、时间、pH值、Fe3+初始浓度、树脂投加量对水中微量Fe3+吸附效应的影响,结果表明水溶液中Fe3+浓度为50mg/L、pH为5、温度为30℃时,按2g/L投加PHAE树脂,吸附平衡时吸附量可达5.26mg/g,Fe3+的去除率达89.65%。
The copolymer(PAHE) of sodium humate, acrylate acid and diethonalamine with adsorption characteristics was synthesized by solution polymerization. The adsorption temperature, pH value, Fe3+ concentration, dosage of PHAE resin were investigated. The results showed that, under the optimal adsorption conditions of 50 mg/L Fe3+ concentration, 30℃ adsorption temperature, pH 5 and 2 g/L dosage of PHAE, the equilibrium adsorption quantity and removal rate of the synthesized resin to Fe3+ were 5.26 mg/g and 89.65%, respectively.
