摘要
目的探讨MSCT诊断退变性腰椎滑脱(DLS)的应用价值。方法对66例DLS组患者及52例正常对照组患者的小关节退变情况、小关节角、小关节对称度、小关节积气及小关节形态等指标进行多层螺旋CT测量。结果 66例DLS患者均有Ⅰ~Ⅱ度的椎体前滑脱,相应的椎体小关节发生不同程度的退行性改变。和对照组CT资料对比分析,DLS组小关节角明显偏向矢状位,小关节不对称率偏高,小关节积气明显,线形小关节多见,且差异显著。结论 MSCT能提供详尽的腰椎形态学及密度方面的改变,具有良好的空间及密度分辨率。
Objective To discuss the application value of muhi-slice helical CT in the diagnosis of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (DIS). Methods Sixty-six cases of patients with DIS and 52 health cases of control group, were measured with MSCT. The parameters included facet joint degeneration, facet joint orientation, facet joint asymmetry, vacuum phe- nomenon in facet joint and morphology of facet joint. Results Sixty-six cases of patients with DLS all had Ⅰ to Ⅱ degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis and their facet joint had different degree of degenerative changes. Patients with DIS had more sagittally orientated facet joints, more significant facet joint asymmetry, more significant linear articular surface and more significant vacuum phenomenon than normal control subjects. Conclusion MSCT could provide detailed lumbar morphology and density change, has good spatial and density resolution.
