摘要
目的探讨儿科病房护理工作中产生纠纷的常见原因及采取有效的应对措施,总结临床护理工作经验不断提高护理管理水平,改变护士在人们心目中的地位,同时为患儿提供优质的医疗服务。方法收集近五年来本人从事儿科临床护理工作中所遇到的护患纠纷并对其进行分析与总结。结果纠纷的主要原因在护方,与护士人力资源不足,劳动量大,不能及时满足患儿家属的需求;年轻护士多,技术力量薄弱,沟通不力有关。结论提高护理人员技术操作能力和护患沟通能力,加强道德修养是减少或杜绝护患纠纷产生的有效措施。
Objective To explore the common causes of pediatric ward nursing disputes and to take effective countermeasures, constantly improve the level of care managements, to summary clinical nursing experience, to change the status of nurses in people's minds, at the same time provide quality health care services for children. Methods Collecting the last five years I have engaged in pediatric clinical care nurse-patient disputes and analysis, then summary. Results The main reason of the disputes dues to nurses, coupled with the nurse human resources are insufficient, the large amount of work, can not meet the needs of children with their famities in a timely manner; young nurses with weak technology, ineffective communication. Conclusion Improve nurses' technical ability to operate nurse-patient communication skills, to strengthen moral training is to reduce or eliminate the effective measures of nurse-patient disputes.
