摘要
目的 探讨磁共振血管成像 (MRA)在肾透析旁路显示中的应用。材料与方法 19例 2 0人次建立肾透析旁路患者经磁共振扫描 ,全部病例均采用二维时间飞跃法血管成像 (2D TOF) ,9例采用二维相位对比法血管成像 (2D PC) ,其中 2例行DSA检查。结果 19例 2 0人次透析旁路MRA 2D TOF法均显示透析旁路全貌。静脉支不同程度狭窄 5例。动静脉吻合部发现闭塞 7例 ,狭窄1例。 2D PC技术 9例均能显示透析旁路的动脉支和静脉支 ,动静脉吻合部均显示不佳 ,2例肾透析旁路DSA证实了MRA 2D TOF显示的狭窄 ,病变部位一致。结论 MRA 2D TOF能较好地显示肾透析旁路全貌 。
Objective To study the application of MR angiography in displaying the access for hemodialysis.Materials and Methods MRA of 20 regions in 19 patients with vascular access for hemodialysis were performed. 2D TOF was adopted in all patients, while 2D PC in 9 patients. Two patients underwent conventional DSA.Results The entire access structure of 20 regions in 19 cases was well demonstrated on 2D TOF MRA. Stenosis of arteriovenous shunt was seen in 7 cases and occlusion in one. The arteries and veins of the access were clearly displayed on 2D PC MRA, but the shunt showed insufficiently. DSA confirmed the stenosis found on 2D TOF MRA in 2 cases.Conclusion 2D TOF MRA can well display all parts of the vascular access for hemodialysis and confirm the access failure.
