摘要
为预防和避免隧道内的突发事件,或在突发事件爆发后能够以最快、最有效的手段进行指挥和抢险救援,尽可能把损失降到最低,通信畅通必不可少。为此,提出基于电缆和光缆2种通信方式的铁路隧道应急通信系统的整体技术方案,不仅适于新建高速铁路和客运专线,而且能满足既有铁路应急通信技术改造的需求,具有良好的市场前景。
In order to prevent and avoid accidents in tunnels or take the quickest and most effective means of command and emergency rescue after a sudden accident to minimize the losses as much as possi- ble, a smooth communication is essential. To this end, the general technical schemes of two communica tion modes based on electrical and optical are proposed for the emergency communication system of rail way tunnels, which is applicable not only to the new high speed railway and passenger dedicated line and also to meet the needs of existing railway emergency communication technology, and has good market prospects.
