摘要
目的:观察四缝穴为主治疗花剥苔42例的临床疗效。方法:常规消毒后点刺四缝穴挤出血液或粘液1～3滴,配合针刺,辨证及对症取穴,成人留针,儿童不留针,儿童加捏脊疗法。针刺每周治疗3次,2周1个疗程,共治1～2个疗程。结果:应用本法治疗花剥苔42例,痊愈25例,占59.5%;有效16例,占38.1%;无效1例,占2.4%。结论:以点刺四缝穴为主治疗花剥苔疗效肯定,值得临床推广。
Objective ：To observe the clinic effect on 42 cases of exfoliative fur treated mainly by Sifeng point. Methods：After routine disinfection, prick Sifeng point with acupuncture and chiropractic. Treatment for three times a week, totally one or two courses. Results ：42 cases of exfoliative fur were treated by this method. 25 cases were cured with a healing rate of 59.5%, 16 cases improved and only one case was not cured with an effective rate of 38.1%. Conclusion：This method is more effective and worthy of promotion.
