摘要
面对职能转换,本文分析了武警水电部队将承担的应急抢险任务的客观形势与现状。而且,为加快部队任务的调整转型,提出了如何建立适应应急抢险任务的管理机制及技术体系,提高有效完成应急抢险任务能力的有关建议。
Facing the role transformation, the objective situation and status of the emergency rescue task to be implemented by the Armed Police Hydropower Troops are analyzed herein. Furthermore, the relevant suggestions of how to establishing the management mechanism and technical system adaptable to the emergency rescue task and enhancing the capacity to effectively com- plete the emergency rescue task are put forward, so as to speed up the transformation of the role and function of the troops.
