摘要
筛选了纺织品禁用偶氮染料快速检测方法,探讨偶氮染料测定过程中测试条件对检测结果的影响,优化快速测定条件。采用在柠檬酸盐溶液中添加连二亚硫酸钠还原分解可能存在的禁用芳香胺,选用乙酸乙酯为提取液,经机械剧烈振荡提取10 min,加入适量硫酸钠改变溶液极性,再进行GC/MSD检测。该方法缩短了50%以上的前处理时间,并且节约了80%的试剂和耗材费用,回收率在22.5%~106%之间,相对标准偏差小于10%(n=8)。
A testing method is developed to rapid determine banned azo dyes in textiles.Effects of testing conditions on the results are investigated and testing parameters are optimized.By adding sodium hydrosulfite,reduction decomposition may disable the banned aromatic amines in citrate solution.Testing procedure is carred out taking ethyl acetate as an extractor for 10 min with mechanical vibration,adding proper amount of sodium sulfate to change the polarity of the solution,and then detecting with GC/MSD.This method can shorten the pretreatment time by more than 50% and save the reagent and material cost by 80%.The recovery of azo dyes is in the range of 22.5%~106% with relative standard deviation less than 10%(n=8).
