Effects of Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminosilicate on Growth Performance, Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Antioxidant Ability of Growing-Finishing Pigs

摘要 本试验旨在研究水合硅铝酸钠钙(HSCAS)对生长育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及抗氧化能力的影响。选择(48.0±10.0)kg的健康"杜×长×大"生长猪45头,随机分为3个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.25%和2.50%HSCAS的饲粮。试验期为70d,分为48~80kg(前期)和81~110kg(后期)2阶段进行。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,添加0.25%HSCAS对猪生长性能、血清尿素氮(UN)含量和抗氧化能力均无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著降低了后期粗蛋白质(CP)和能量的表观消化率(P<0.05);2)与对照组相比,添加2.50%HSCAS显著提高了后期和全期的料重比(P<0.05),显著提高了血清UN含量(P<0.05),显著降低了后期生长育肥猪CP、粗灰分和能量的表观消化率、血清超氧化物歧化酶活性及总抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中添加0.25%HSCAS对生长育肥猪的生长和健康无明显影响,但添加量达到2.50%可显著降低其生长性能、养分表观消化率和抗氧化能力。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of hydrated sodium calcium aluminosilicate (HSCAS) on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and antioxidant ability of growing-finishing pigs. A total of 45 healthy ' Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire' growing-finishing pigs with an average body weight of (4.08± 10.0 ) kg were randomly allocated into 3 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 3 pigs per replicate. Pigs in control group were fed a basal diet, and the others in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.25% and 2.50% HSCAS, respectively. The experiment lasted for 70 days and divided into two periods (48 to 80 kg and 81 to 110 kg). The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with the control group, the addition of 0.25% HSCAS to the diet had no significant effects on growth performance, serum urea nitrogen content and antioxidant ability of pigs ( P 〉 0.05 ), but significantly decreased the crude protein (CP) and energy apparent digestibility of pigs in 81 to 110 kg (P 〈0.05). 2) Compared with the control group, the addition of 0.25% HSCAS to the diet significantly increased the feed/gain in 81 to 110 kg and 40 to 110 kg, and significantly increased serum urea nitrogen content ( P 〈 0.05 ), but significantly decreased the apparent digestibility of CP, energy and crude ash, serum superoxide dismutase activity, and total anti-oxidation capability of pigs in 81 to 110 kg. The results indicate that the addition of 0.25% HSCAS to the diet has no significant influence on the growth and health of growing-finishing pigs, but the addition of 2.50% HSCAS to the diet can significantly decrease the growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and antioxidant ability of growing-finishing pigs.
