摘要 目的:体会螺旋CT在种植牙手术中的应用。方法:回顾我院2009年1月~2011年12月的46例种植牙的病例,在种植牙手术前应用螺旋CT进行诊断,在手术后再应用螺旋CT进行评估,并对螺旋CT图像进行处理分析。结果:进行横轴位薄层扫描、冠状位和矢状位多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度摄影(MIP)和三维表面遮盖重建(SSD),均能清晰地显示图像。通过对46例患者手术前后螺旋CT扫描图像进行处理和分析,得出骨量,骨密度等情况,并能够清晰地显示种植区颌骨、邻近组织的解剖结构,没有出现侧穿,手术后种植体的三维空间的位置与术前设计相符。结论:在种植牙手术中应用螺旋CT技术进行临床辅助对术前诊断和术后评价均存在重要的临床意义。 Objective:The experience of the application of spiral CT in dental implantation.Methods:Review our hospital 46 cases of the dental implantation.In a dental implant surgery before application spiral CT diagnosis,in surgery after the application spiral CT evaluation,and the spiral CT image processing analysis.Results:On the horizontal axis of a TLC scanning,coronary a sagittal plane and a more reconstruction(MPR),maximum density photography(MIP) and 3 d surface reconstruction(SSD) cover,all can clearly show that image.Through to the 46 patients before and after surgery spiral CT scan image processing and analysis,it is concluded that bone mass,bone density and so on,and be able to clearly show that growing areas adjacent tissue,bone anatomical structure,did not appear side wear,planting body after the operation of three dimensional space position and preoperative design standards.Conclusion:Dental implant surgery in application of spiral CT technology to clinical assistant of preoperative diagnosis and postoperative evaluation are there important clinical significance.
