摘要
对 4种不同嫁接组合茶树 (乌牛早 /鸠坑 ,龙井 4 3/鸠坑 ,浙农 113/鸠坑 ,福建水仙 /鸠坑 )及相应的嫁穗 ,砧木品种新梢一芽二叶的氨基酸作了 HPL C分析。结果表明 :供试茶样都检出17种游离氨基酸 ,其中嫁接茶树中茶氨酸含量都较对应接穗品种有增高 ,这是导致氨基酸总量较对应接穗、砧木品种高的一个主要原因。但乌牛早 /鸠坑的氨基酸总量较乌牛早品种低 ,其中 ARG有较大幅度的下降。其他 3个嫁接组合 ARG含量也较各自接穗品种降低。龙井 4
Amino acid compositions and contents in tea shoots with two leaves and a bud from 4 different grafted combinations(WuNiuZhao/JiuKeng,LongJing43/JiuKeng,ZheNong113/JiuKeng,FuJianShuiXian/JiuKeng) and correstponding scion clones and stock variety were detected and quantified by HPLC.The results showed that:17 free amino acids had been detected in the 9 tested samples.All the 4 grafted combination increased in theanine content in comparison with the corresponding scion clones,which could greatly contribute to the rise in total amino acid content of the grafted combinations.The combination of WuNiuZhao/JiuKeng was an exception, whose total amino acid content slightly decreased compared with WuNiuZhao clone,mamly resutled from the remarkable decline in ARG.ARG contents in the other 3 combinations presented a declins. LongJing43/Jiu Keng combination performed well in terms of the total amino acid content.
