低温透析防治透析后期透析低血压疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 低血压是血液透析的最常见并发症之一,发生率达50%-75%,不仅影响透析治疗的顺利进行,导致透析不充分,还使内瘘闭塞,导致心功能受损,甚至危及生命。目前,临床上关于防治透析相关低血压的研究已有很多,包括可调钠透析、超滤程式和透析液温度等,是在全程透析过程中采用低温透析的方法,收到了很好的疗效。但同时也存在低温时间长,易出现寒战,不能耐受等不良反应例。近年来,我院对在长期维持性血液中反复发生低血压的患者采用在透析后期低温透析的方法,
