摘要
介绍了两项新的耐硫变换催化剂在原始开车时的操作方法,一项是改氮气升温为空气升温,另一项是改分程硫化为同时硫化。采用新的操作方法后,共缩短开车时间约71h。
Describe two new initial start-up operations for sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst.One is using air to replace nitrogen as the heating medium,the other is using synchronous sulfuration to replace multi-step sulfuration.Then the start-up time is totally shorten about 71h after improvement.
