11份山茶属植物亲缘关系的ISSR分析 被引量:18

摘要 为给香花油茶分类地位的确认提供一定的参考,采用ISSR分子标记对11份山茶属植物的亲缘关系进行了研究,利用DPSv3.01进行聚类分析。结果表明:7个引物共扩增出77条带,其中有52条多态带,多态性比例为67.5%。根据ISSR聚类分析结果,在遗传距离为0.42时,11份山茶属植物可分为4类,第1类为5个普通油茶的无性系,即:湘林27、桂无5号、赣190、岑软2号和岑软24号;第2类为宛田红花油茶;第3类为陆川大果和博白大果油茶;第4类为香花油茶。根据研究结果可以推测香花油茶不属于普通油茶。 The genetic relationship of 11 plants in Camellia was analyzed by using ISSR, and was clustered by DPSv3.01, in order to provide reference for classification status of 'Xiang Hua' clones in Camellia. The results show that 7 primers are selected to perform ISSR-PCR. A total of 77 DNA bands are obtained, in which 52 bands have polymorphism, and the percentage of polymorphic bands is 67.5%. Based on ISSR cluster analysis results, all of the plants can be divided into four groups when genetic distance is 0.42. The first group is consisted of five clones of C. oleifera, they are Xiang Lin 27, Gui Wu 5, Cen Ruan 2, Cen Ruan 24 and Gan 190. The second group is consisted of C. polodonta 'Wan Tian'. The third group is consisted of C. vietnanensis 'Lu Chuan'and C. gigantocarpa 'Bo Bai'. The fourth group is consisted of three 'Xiang Hua' clones. From the results, 'Xiang Hua' clones maybe not belong to C. oleifera species.
