设施延后栽培对红地球葡萄光合特性及产量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了了解设施条件下红地球葡萄的生长发育规律,为葡萄设施延后栽培的深入研究提供理论依据,对设施延后栽培和露地栽培的3年生红地球葡萄的生育期、光合指标、叶绿素含量、果实产量进行了观测和比较分析。结果表明:设施延后栽培的红地球葡萄的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和瞬时水分利用效率均比露地栽培的高,而其胞间CO2浓度比露地栽培的要低4.17%;叶绿素a和叶绿素总含量比露地栽培高,而叶绿素b比露地栽培的要低4.83%;红地球葡萄的单穗商品果粒数、单穗商品果质量、果穗总数和平均单穗质量均比露地栽培的高;而单穗烂果的个数和质量,设施延后栽培比露地栽培的分别低17.88%和27.96%。 In order to learn growth and development rhythm in Red Globe grape in facility cultivation, and provide theoretical basis for the researches on grape facility delayed cultivation, taking 3-year-old Red Globe grape in the conditions of facilities delayed cultivation and field cultivation as materials, growth period, photosynthetic indexes, chlorophyll content and fruit yield were observed, compared and analyzed. The results show that net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and instantaneous water use efficiency of grape in facilities delayed cultivation are higher than those in field cultivation, but intercellular CO2 concentration is 4.17% lower. Chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll content are higher than those in field cultivation, but chlorophyll b content is 4.83% lower. Number and mass of commodity fruits per ear, ears number and single ear mass of Red Globe grape are higher than those in field cultivation, but number and mass of rotten fruits per ear are 17.88% and 27.96% lower.
