摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗妊娠高血压综合征视网膜病变的临床效果。方法收集2004年3月至2012年3月于我院住院治疗的妊娠高血压综合征视网膜病变患者147例(239只眼),其中78例(126只眼)除常规应用西医治疗外,同时应用滋阴化瘀止血中药。另外69例(113只眼)作为对照组,仅以西医治疗。2组患者均以1周为1个疗程,平均治疗时间为4周。结果对于妊娠高血压综合征眼底改变为Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级的患者,采用中西医结合方法治疗的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妊娠高血压综合征视网膜病变是较为理想的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on retinopathy of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.METHODS One hundred and forty-seven retinopathy cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the visiting sequence（78,69）.Both groups were treated on the basis of the routine treatment,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with the routine treatment of western medicine.The control group was treated with the routine treatment of western medicine.Four weeks follow up was done in two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate was 95.2%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Treating pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome with the integration of medicine had a coordinating role,which could improve the clinical effect.
