摘要 目的掌握辽阳市城区儿童的微量元素水平,制定营养状况的干预措施。方法采用原子吸收光谱仪测定2222例1-6岁儿童体内的钙、镁、锌、铁、铜的含量。结果(1)缺锌率为48.6%,缺铁率为29.1%;(2)各组缺乏率男女间无差异;(3)缺铁率1岁组最高,随着年龄增大,缺乏率降低。结论辽阳市城区1-6岁儿童缺锌、缺铁比较普遍。今后加强对儿童的科学膳食管理,达到平衡膳食。家庭和托幼园所应为儿童创建舒适和安静的进餐环境,鼓励儿童主动积极愉快进餐。纠正儿童偏食、拒食的习惯,给儿童提供鱼类、肉类等含丰富微量元素的食物。每年进行微量元素检测,早发现,及时补充缺乏的微量元素;针对年龄越小铁缺乏率越高的状况,重点加强小年龄组儿童的铁营养管理。 Objective In order to master body trace elements level of children in the urban areas of Liaoyang City,we worked out interfering measures of nutrition condition. Methods We sampled 2 222 cases of 1-6 year old children,used atomic absorption spectrometer to determine children body contents of calcium,magnesium,zinc,Fe and copper. Results (1)Zink lacking ratio was 48.6% and Fe was 29.1%.(2)There was no lacking ratio difference between girls and boys in each age group.(3)Fe lacking ratio in 1 year old group is the highest and with ages growing,the lacking ratio drops. Conclusion The results point out that in the urban areas of Liaoyang City,zinc and Fe lacking ratio of 1-6 year old children is very common. In the future we ought to strengthen the scientific management of children's diet to achieve nutrition balance,create quiet and comfortable eating environment for children both in families and kindergartens and encourage them to have meals in an active,positive and cheerful mood. We should also correct children's food partiality or food refusing habits and provide them with various foods which are rich in trace elements such as fish,meat,etc.. Moreover,we are supposed to check children body contents of trace elements every year to find problems earlier and supplement the lacking trace elements promptly. Focus on the situation that the younger the children are,the higher Fe lacking ratio is,the management of Fe nutrition for children in the group of young age should be enhanced.
