不同浓度七氟烷对急性肺损伤大鼠的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同浓度七氟烷对急性肺损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法选择12只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为两组各6只,A组吸人七氟醚浓度为0.5%-1.0%,B组则吸入七氟醚浓度在1.0%-2.5%之间,持续进行3h,之后处死大鼠,比较两组大鼠DAD各项目评分以及白细胞计数、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果A组h细胞计数显著低于B组(P〈0.05),TNF-α水平低于B组(P〈0.05),A组肺泡纤维素渗出、肺泡出血、肺间质水肿、肺泡和肺间质中性粒细胞聚集评分均显著低于B组(P〈0.05)。结论七氟烷对急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织炎症反应有一定的抑制作用,其中吸入七氟醚浓度0.5%-1.0%之间者具有更好的肺保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of different concentrations of sevoflnrane on acute lung injury with rats. Methods 12 male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 6 rats,group A were inhaled sevoflurane concentration with 0.5%-1.0%,group B were inhaled sevoflurane concenlralion with 1.0%-2.5% after 3 h the rats were killed,then DAD each item score and white blood cell count,tumor necrosis factor-αt level were compared in the two groups. Results In A group,the white blood cell count was lower than B group (P 〈 0.05), TNF- α levels was lower than B group (P 〈 0.05),alveolar fibrin exudation,alveolar hemorrhage,pulmonary interstitial edema,alveolar and interstitial lung neutrophil aggregation score were lower than group B (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sevoflurane on acute lung injury rats can inhibit inflammatory responses in lung tissue and inhaled sevoflurane concentration between 0.5%-1.0% has better protective effect.
