摘要
目的探讨过敏性疾病患者的过敏原特异性抗体IgE和IgG的意义。方法使用间接酶联免疫吸附法对研究对象血清中的最常见的过敏原抗体IgE和IgG进行检测分析。结果通过研究检测可以统计到14种过敏原特异性抗体IgE和IgG的阳性率结果,而且食物过敏原中检测出的IgG阳性率与IgG和IgE同时存在的阳性率比吸入物过敏原的高。结论对特异性抗体IgE和IgG进行联合诊断对过敏性疾病的预防以及治疗,尤其是针对食物过敏原,可以更清楚地检测出究竟是哪种因素导致的过敏,对患者能更有针对性的进行治疗,具有很高的临床治疗意义。
Objective To investigate the allergic patients allergen-specific antibodies lgE and IgG significance. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the object of study of serum in the most common allergen antibodies IgE and IgG. Results through the research of detection can be counted results positive rate of 14 kinds of allergen-specific antibodies IgE and IgG,the positive rate and food allergens were detected in the positive rate of IgG and IgG and IgE exist at the same time than inhalation allergen high. Conclusion The speeific antibody IgE and IgG for the diagnosis of allergic disease prevention and treatment,especially for food allergens,can clearly detect what is what kind of factors leading to allergy,the patient can more targeted treatment,the clinical significance of high.
