摘要
目的 :研究用光量子血氧疗法治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的临床疗效。方法 :早期 ARDS患者6 0例 ,随机分为对照组 (30例 )、治疗组 (30例 ) ,对照组采用常规综合治疗 ,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用光量子血氧疗法。观察 2组血液流变性、肺动脉压 (PAP)、氧合指数 (Pa O2 / Fi O2 )和红细胞 C3b受体花环率(RC3b RR)及其免疫复合物花环率 (RICR)的变化和治愈率。结果 :治疗组较对照组血液流变性、PAP、Pa O2 / Fi O2 、RC3b RR、RICR均有显著改善 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;治愈率治疗组 (83.3% )较对照组 (5 6 .7% )显著提高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :用光量子血氧疗法治疗 ARDS,能迅速改善血液流变性 ,提高 Pa O2 / Fi O2 比值 ,改善肺氧合 ,提高机体免疫功能 。
Objective:To explore clinical effects of photonhemoxytherapy for the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:Sixty patients with ARDS in early stage were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=30) and photonhemoxytherapy treatment group (n=30).The control group was given conventional therapy and in the treatment group photonhemoxytherapy was added to the conventional therapy.Results:Compared with the control group,the pulmonary arterial pressure(PAP) and the values of PaO 2/FiO 2,red blood cellC 3b receptor ratio(RC 3bRR) and red blood cellimmune complex ratio(RICR) were remarkably changed in the treatment group (P<0 05 or P<0 01).The cure rate of treatment group was 83 3% and control group was 56 7%(P<0 05).Conclusions:In patients with ARDS photonhemoxytherapy can rapidly improve the hemorrheology,raise the value of PaO 2/FiO 2,improve the oxygenation of the lung,enhance the immune function.
