摘要
成人高等教育是我省高等教育体系的重要组成部分,为经济、社会的发展做出了很大的贡献,但在其发展过程中也暴露出很多问题,如教学资源紧张、师资队伍不完善等。因此,各高等学校成人教育学院应进一步转变观念,大力发展非学历教育,加强师资队伍和管理队伍的建设,培养适应时代发展需求的应用型人才。
Adult higher education is an important part of the higher education system in our province, and has made a great contribution to the socio-economic development, but there also exposed many problems in the process, such as the scarcity of teaching resources andinadequate teaching staff. Therefore, adult education colleges in higher education institutions should further change attitudes, vigorously develop non-diploma education, strengthen the building of teaching staff and management team, and train applied talents who can meet the needs of the development of the modem times.
