摘要
运用关键成功要素分析法对煤炭交易中心如何成功运行进行了探讨。认为煤炭交易中心既是集中型电子交易市场,又是煤炭供应链管理中心,煤炭交易中心要想成功运行,必须立足以上特性,进行准确的战略定位,并围绕集中性及流动性两大成功关键要素制定发展战略。立足其市场特性,采取以交易服务为中心、引入战略伙伴及动态价格机制的策略,立足其供应链管理中心特性,煤炭交易中心应采取为交易商提供各项增值服务,并依托自身优势,以一项极具吸引力的增值服务为切入点,逐步建立市场流动性的策略。
With the method of key success factor, this paper analyses how the coal trading center runs successfully. The coal trading center is not only the centralized electronic marketplace, but also the coal supply chain management center. If wants to succeed, it should stand on the above characteristics to make accurate strategic positioning, and make development strategy based on the two key success factors of concentration and liquidity. Standing on the market character, coal trading center should adopt trading-service oriented strategy which includes introducing strategic partners and dynamic pricing mechanisms standing on the character of supply chain management center, it should provide traders with various value-added services, and rely on its own advantages to take an extremely attractive value-added service as the breakthrough point to raduallv achieve market liquidity.
