摘要
本文采用酶组织化学方法 ,研究和观察了酒精对大鼠胚胎肝细胞酶活性的影响。实验结果显示 :实验组大鼠胚胎肝细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)和葡萄糖 6 磷酸酶 (G 6 P)活性减弱 ,乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)活性有所增强。经统计学处理 ,实验组和对照组两组酶活性有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,表明酒精能明显影响胚胎肝细胞的正常代谢功能。
An observation of effect of alcohol on the activity of liver enzymes in rat embryo are conducted by zymohistochemical method.In the experimental group,the female rats that have been pregnant for 15 days are given gastroclysis with 40% alcohol in a dose of 10ml per kilo of body weight once a day for a total of six days.Then the liver tissues of their embryos are stained by zymohistochemical method.The results show that the activity of SDH and G6P in the liver cells of the rats in the experimental group is weakened while the activity of ACP and LDH is enhanced to some degree.There is a significant difference in the activity of enzymes between the experimental and the control groups(P<0.05).The results also indicate that alcohol has a remarkable influence on the normal metabolic function of the embryo′s liver.
