低强度易风化破碎露天边坡综合加固与排水技术 被引量:6

摘要 锦丰露天矿岩体强度低、易风化崩解、遇水易泥化。按照"分区支护"的原则,分别采取了喷锚网+长锚索支护、长锚索+钢带支护、喷锚网支护、抗滑桩支护及HDPE防渗膜护坡等的边坡综合加固措施,支护总面积达到52500m2;通过修建地表排水沟和边坡内部凿泄水孔的排水措施,有效疏干了边坡积水,使该矿边坡坡面角达到55°~65°,整体边坡角达到34°~40°,边坡高度超过275m,实现了低强度易风化破碎深凹露天矿的陡帮开采。同时结合多年的工程实践,阐述了各种边坡加固手段的支护效果,客观评价了其适用性。 The rock mass of Jinfeng open pit has the characteristics of low-strength, easily-weathered and mudding with water. In accordance with the principle of partition supporting,integrated reinforcement measures consisting of mesh + long cable bolts,long cable bolts + steel stripe, mesh supporting, anti-slide pile and HDPE membranes to protect slopes were applied with the total supporting area of up to 52 500 m2. Ditches built at the surface and holes drilled through slopes can effectively drain water on the slopes. This method can make the slope angle of the mine and the total slope angle respec- tively reaching 55 ° -65° and 34 ° ~ 40° while slope height exceeding 275 m, successfully realizing the steep mining of low- strength and easily-weathered broken deep open-pit. Simultaneously, combining with years of engineering practice, the slope supporting effects of various reinforcement methods are elaborated and their applicability are evaluated objectively.
