摘要
滚珠型弧面分度凸轮机构在预紧状况下工作,预紧改变了机构的传动性能,预紧量决定了预紧力.针对单圆弧和双圆弧2种滚道截形的弧面分度凸轮,分析了调整中心距和增大滚珠直径2种预紧方法对凸轮机构压力角的影响;从分析机构弹性变形出发,讨论分析了预紧过程中每个构件的变形以及预紧调整量与预紧力、变形量的关系;结果表明:在预紧量一定的情况下,在整个分度期内产生的预紧力是变化的,预紧量和预紧力为非线性关系.分析对机构的安装、凸轮的设计和制造具有指导意义.
Globoidal indexing cam mechanism with steel balls works under the preload state, its transform function is changed by preloading, and the preload magnitude decides the force of preload. For the cams with single arc raceway and double arc raceway, the pressure angle is analyzed after preloading by adjusting the center distance and increasing the steel ball diameter. The theory of Hertz contact, bending deformation of the shaft and radial elastic deformation of the bearing are used to analyze the relationship between the adjustment of center distance, the increasement of steel ball diameter and elastic deformation of the mechanism, and contact force. Calculation shows that the relationship between the preload force and adjusting magnitude is non-linear, preload forces of all steel balls meshing together are different and change with the cam angle. The analysis is meaningful for the installation, design and manufacture of the mechanism.
