摘要
为优化白木通籽油微胶囊工艺条件,利用中心组合设计原理,根据乳化剂用量、芯材含量、白木通果胶用量、β-环糊精用量的单因素实验结果,设计四因素三水平的响应面优化实验。对实验结果所得回归方程进行数学分析,得到最优工艺配方为:乳化剂用量2.98%,芯材含量24.33%,白木通果胶用量0.88%,β-环糊精用量10.99%。在此优化条件下得到的白木通籽油微胶囊产品的微胶囊化效率理论预测值为90.45%,验证值为90.18%。
Response surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the preparation conditions of Akebia trifoliata var. australis seed oil microcapsules. Based on the single factor experiment of the dosage of emulsifier, core material, Akebia trifoliata var. australis pectin and β- cyclodextrin, the response surface methodology was designed with microencapsulation efficiency as response value. The optimal preparation formula of Akebia trifoliata var.. australis seed oil microcapsules was as follows: emulsifier dosage 2.98%, core material content 24.33%, Akebia trifoliata var. australis pectin dosage 0.88%,/3 - cyclodextrin dosage 10. 99%. Under these conditions, the theoretical microencapsulation efficiency was 90.45% and the verified value was 90.18%.
