摘要
通过对环锥行星无级变速传动系统进行结构改进,在分析新型行星锥齿轮无级变速传动系统调速原理的基础上,提出以变速比最大为优化目标,并以圆锥齿轮传动不发生根切、重合度及模数等为约束条件,建立结构参数优化设计数学模型,应用外点惩罚函数法在MATLAB优化工具箱中进行求解,获得了较为理想的机构参数,并利用机构参数优化结果验证了该新型锥齿轮无级变速传动系统的调速性能和传动效率均优于原环锥行星无级变速传动系统。
In the paper,the structure of planetary cone ring continuous-variable transmission system is improved,the optimization design model of structural parameter of planetary bevel gear continuous-variable transmission is established on the basis of analysis of its speed control principle.The maximum variable ratio is taken as objective functions,which undercut of bevel gear transmission doesn′t occur,contact ratio,module are considered as constraint conditions.Point outside penalty function method is applied in the MATLAB toolbox for solving optimization.The more reasonable structure parameters are obtained.The result proves that speed performance and transmission efficiency of planetary bevel gear continuous-variable transmission system are better than those of planetary cone ring continuously variable transmission system.
