摘要
从实施素质教育出发,首先论述了我国优秀的传统教育思想,特别是《中庸》开篇的名言,以及"心理学"关于人的成长的观点。其次,分析了文化及其与教育的关系,指出就教育的宗旨而言,教育就是素质教育;就教育的方式而言,教育就是文化教育。在分析了文化的类型与内涵的基础上,指出必须高度重视文化的整体性,当前尤须重视人文文化的价值理性,重视文化素质的教育。最后,论述了在充分调动学生主观能动性这一决定教育成败的内因中,教师的作用是在外部条件中具有决定性作用的外因。
This thesis aiming at further implementing Quality Education, firstly expounds Chinese excellent traditional educational thoughts, especially discusses the famous dicta in the beginning of Doctrine of the Mean Zhong yong and the views of human development in psychology. Secondly, it analyzes the relations between culture and education, points out that in terms of educational purpose, the real education is Quality Education; On the other hand, considering educational style, the real education is cultural education. Thirty, it analyzes the type and connotation of culture, points out high attention must be paid on the integrity of culture, especially on the value rationality of humanistic culture and the cultural quality education. Finally, it discusses that full playing the subjective initiative of students is an internal cause for determining whether education is successful, and the teacher plays a decisive role in external condition.
