摘要 高水平的教学团队是高职院校提升人才培养质量、彰显办学特色的重要基础。当前,高职院校教学团队建设过程中,存在"注重队伍建设,忽视团队建设;注重兼职教师,忽视专兼一体;注重教师个体,忽视团队整体;注重教师发展,忽视学生成长"等误区。高职院校需要根据不同类型教学团队的特征和建设要求,通过确立科学理念、注重互动合作、改进支持系统、凝练团队文化等,建设适应新时期专业内涵科学发展需要的教学团队。 A high level teaching team is the premise and foundation to improve the quality of professional personnel training and to highlight school characteristics in Higher Vocational Colleges. At present, in the process of constructing the teaching team in Higher Vocational Colleges, there exist misunderstandings of paying attention to the teacher training but ignoring the team building, attaching importance to part-time teachers but ignoring the integration of full-time and part-time teachers, emphasizing the individual instead of the overall team construction, and laying stress on the development of the teachers, neglecting the growth of the students. Higher vocational colleges should build a teaching team meeting the needs of scientific development of professional connotation in the new period, according to the features and requirements of different types of teaching teams, through establishing the scientific concept, laying emphasis on interactive cooperation, improving the support system, and developing a concise team culture.
