摘要
对粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量进行了X线衍射法和焦磷酸消化法的对比测定。结果表明 ,X线衍射法与焦磷酸消化法的结果之间有很好的相关性 ,其测定值在统计学上无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两方法测定值的相关回归方程是 ^Y =1 0 0 0 9X +2 2 6 2 6 ,r =0 9719。X线衍射法的相对偏差小于 10 % ,达到常规微量 (0 1~ 5mg)样本的分析要求 ;
Free silica in geological exploration dust is measured by both Xray diffraction and pyrophosphoric acid methods.The results show good correlation between two methods with no significant difference.The correlation regression equation is =1 0009X+2 2626,r=0 9719.The relative deviation of Xray diffraction method is <10%.The precision of the proposed method meets the requirement of microanalysis.Xray diffraction method could eliminate the interference of other factors.
