摘要
将 60例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为 4组 ,即优降糖组 (A组 ) ,黄芪肌注 +优降糖组 (B组 ) ,生理盐水穴注三阴交 +优降糖组 (C组 ) ,黄芪穴注三阴交 +优降糖组 (D组 )。结果 :治疗后各组FPG、P2hBG、HbA1 C较治疗前差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,组间分析示D组疗效最佳。结论 :黄芪穴注三阴交治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效确切 ,可作为糖尿病治疗的一种重要辅助手段。
Patients of type Ⅱ diabetes were randomly divided into 4 groups:A group(You Jiang Tang group),B group(intramuscular injection of Huangqi plus You Jiang Tang),C group(injection of saline into Sanyinjiao point plus You Jinag Tang),D group(injection of Huangqi into Sanyinjiao point plus You Jiang Tang).Results indicated that there were significant differences(P<0 05 and 0 01) in FPG,P2hBG,HbA 1C in all the groups between pre-treatment and post-treatment,the therapeutic effect being the best in the D group.It is showed that injection of Huangqi into Sanyinjiao point has a definite therapeutic effect on diabetes and it can be used as an important adjuvant way for treatment of diabetes.
